Stoddard named crew chief for Boris Said

Veteran crew chief Frank Stoddard was hired Friday by MB/Sutton Motorsports to run a Nextel Cup team for driver Boris Said.

"I am surprised a guy that good would want to work with me," Said said. "I am flabbergasted. He is one of the best and I am sure I will learn a lot from him."

"I am very happy about Frank being our crew chief, but it's also a little scary for me because that's one less excuse I have."

Said will run a minimum of 10 races in 2004 in a brand new team that will be part of the MB2 Motorsports umbrella.

Analysis: It's pretty clear to us here at StatLeader.com that Said's main problem appears to be a lack of self esteem!
